Very fine grain, nice for cooking and the table

I like to add sea salt to my recipes table food, but I usually have to grind it and it usually comes out too coarse for me. This salt is just the right texture to blend easily, and it tastes great. It comes in an air-tight bag rather than a box which makes it easy to scoop the amount you need. I also like that it has no additives, is Kosher-certified, and is sustainably harvested.

Nice quality salt

Salt is one of those things you take for granted in life. We have been using sea salt for years now and prefer it to the regular kind. This salt has a fine texture and has a “salty” taste to it. Others have either a strong overpowering taste or so subtle you don’t notice it. Since it is unrefined it still has trace minerals which are a plus to the healthiness of it. We all need sodium in our diet so it might as well be something that tastes good and has the benefits of the minerals.

Fine grains like table salt

I love sea salt over table salt - it tastes better with the trace minerals and it is saltier, so I can use less of it. Usually even fine grain sea salt is a bigger flake than a grain of traditional table salt, so sometimes it doesn’t sal my food as evenly as table salt. Well, not this sea salt! The grains are super fine and it is a perfect replacement for table salt. This comes out easily from a salt shaker and has a wonderful flavor. I would not use this as a one to one replacement for table salt in a baking or cooking recipe because sea salt has a highe sodium content than table salt, but it is perfect for seasoning your meals prior to eating.

Incredibly fine grained salt.

I cook from scratch most days and keep about 15 different kinds of salt on hand - everything from black kala namak to truffle salts to Morton kosher. This salt is incredibly fine grained. Almost fluffy, the grains are so fine. It's not like your typical table salt - the grains are about half the size of normal table salt. It's great for cooking, finishing even for keeping in a shaker at the dining table, if that's how you like to do it.

I really like the flavor and texture of this salt.

This does the trick if I feel a little low on energy while in ketosis. I use it when cooking all my dinners and my family loves it. They feel it really enhances my cooking. Tastes great, love it with my whole lemon drink and electrolytes and wheatgrass juice and my big salad of the day! This tastes so good and I no longer crave salt after eating it because it contains all the necessary minerals & trace minerals and is sourced naturally. Really makes a difference to food - such a big difference just from changing the salt.
